I am thrilled to share my experience with my personal trainer and how he has helped me to prioritize my health and well-being. I have had the pleasure of working with Z, for the past few months, and I cannot express how grateful I am to have found him. From the moment I started his Lioness training program. Z's dedication and passion for helping me achieve my fitness goals was evident. His knowledge of exercise science and nutrition, combined with his genuine care for his clients, make him an outstanding trainer. He gets results! If you want a nice ass with toned legs, he is worth every dollar! I was skeptical at first but once we got going It took him about 6 months to develop my lower body drastically, and I was only going two times a week. I now train three times a week. What I’ve enjoyed most from the results of my training is that I get compliments wearing scrubs, no makeup, and a mask most of the time! Z's approach to training is tailored to each person specific wants and capabilities, when I brought my work bestie to some of my sessions she had her own prepared workout that was very challenging for her. We trained together at the same time, doing separate things for the session and we both left sweaty every session! He understands that as busy women, we have unique challenges and limited time. Therefore, he designs personalized workout programs that are efficient, effective, and adaptable to our busy schedules. Whether it's a 30-minute HIIT session or a full-body strength training routine, he ensures that every minute counts. What sets Z apart is his ability to motivate and inspire. Working out with Xacchaeus was such a great experience! I originally started with 8 weeks of training at a distance because I live in a different state and after I saw results within a few weeks I decided to continue my program with him. He was very interactive and wanted to know how each exercise/workout was going so he could adjust and get the right routine for my body type. The thing I loved the most about the way Xacchaeus works with his clients is he has a holistic approach to not only the workouts but mindset, what we eat and how we treat our bodies. He is the ultimate hype man and was so encouraging and positive even if I wasn’t always as enthusiastic (haha!)

He always goes the extra mile. He reached out to me when I stopped coming to the gym and encouraged me to push myself to the fullest. I have been training with him for 2 weeks and have lost 10 pounds. His workouts are tailored to me and I get extremely effective workouts.
