- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use the customer’s provided info to determine pricing up front. We charge by the job, not the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call or a text is a must. We ask for pictures of the desired area to be cleaned so we can give an honest estimate up front with no hidden surprises once we arrive. If we can’t promise a price up front-we will tell you up front. No Surprises!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 12,000 cleanings since 2013. An overwhelming majority of our business is referral and repeat business. We are insured and bonded.
