I have taught all over the world and helped an array of people ranging from retirees to pro-athletes. Longevity Coach With longevity coaching, we dive much deeper than just yoga and movement. We enjoyed a wonderful private yoga class with Nina! She was punctual, brought all the necessary equipment like mats and blocks, and led our group in a relaxing vinyasa flow class. We had a lot of beginners to yoga as well as a pregnant participant, and she adjusted everything to fit our needs. Everyone raved about the experience! Thank you Nina 🧘‍♀️

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing varies depending on location (I.e. drive time)

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Coaching clients: We will generally have an informal chat about goals and reasons for needing me. If the client proceeds to move forward, we will spend a few hours extensive interview (preferably coming to the clients home to have snoop in the kitchen). This is followed by my recommended medical testing and the client journaling food, sleep and activities for a week. After this, we will meet weekly (online or in real life) and start implementing little changes. It's about slowly creating new habits, so these lifestyle changes are introduced one at a time.
