I've had the pleasure of working with Ary on a real estate job and I was amazed by how professional and patience he was with the client. He has a keen eye for detail that is unmatched. I remember Ary giving the client pointers on how to say things, how when to look at the camera, when to look away, when to emphasize certain word, etc....Ary made the client feel comfortable in front of the camera even though it was only his second time being in front of a camera. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my prices fair for both my costumers and myself. Prices vary based on how much work I will have to put into it and how long you need the video to be. I give discounts to customers who want to work together for (sign contract) a while or have more than one video they want me to shoot/edit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask my client to get on a call with me so I can talk to them on a more personal level to get to know them and hear out their video ideas and so we can brainstorm together and get feedback from each other on how we can make this the perfect video for my client.
