I had one of the best moves I’ve ever had with Level Up Moving. They’re incredible. I undercalculated the size of the move so we didn’t have a large enough truck to get everything in the move in one fell swoop (which they do have larger trucks!), but they made up for it by helping me pack some of the last second items, and strategically packing the truck the best they could. I have EXTREMELY heavy furniture I’ve only ever seen 4 men be able to lift and these guys sent a 2 man crew and CRUSHED it. Like I’m talking it looked like they were picking up a piece of paper—easy lifting. They took really good care of my belongings and I really appreciate the follow up. They’ve kept in touch to make sure I found certain items and that everything is in good condition. I appreciate that level of care and attention to detail so much. I would absolutely use Level Up Moving again and recommend to anyone looking into a moving company.

I can't say enough good things about this moving company! They stepped in last minute when we were in a bind and delivered exceptional service. I cannot recommend a company MORE! Today they faced a few challenges with some other clients before getting to my move which had them running behind. Which was completely not the fault of the company or the movers! (Due to a client underestimating the size of move and another clients couch being too big for the elevator they told them they could use) but Level Up Moving did such an AMAZING job with my belongings! They handled everything with EXTREME care. They wrapped everything perfectly and they moved quickly! They also reduced the rate of my move DRASTICALLY just because of the inconvenience that wasn’t their fault! I am 8 months pregnant and I truly appreciate them making this process so easy! If you’re reading reviews please take this one seriously and HIRE THEM!

Contact with Level Up was great, I got an estimate within hours of posting the job. Maryam was in touch and very helpful about making sure everything was set up for the date/time I needed. The guys who did the move were friendly and also very professional. They managed to get the piano down about 25 stairs and to its location without damage and on time. Excellent service and (importantly if you know anything about moving pianos) knowledgeable.
