Mary helped me create the perfect dinner. I gave her my inspiration and she brought it to life. She was effecient with our meetings and worked with the vendors. The dinner was stress free for me because of Mary's attention to detail. The fee was extremely reasonable - worth every penny! Thank you for creating an unforgettable evening!!!!

We hired Dan and his team to deliver a black tie holiday 6 course tasting menu with passed Hors d’oeuvres for 16 people. The communication was fantastic from the start, they completely understood the concept we were trying to achieve and a few quick comments on the menu produced a result we were excited about. That was just the beginning! They communicated flawlessly through the setup and renting of tables/plate ware, etc. The team arrived on time on the day of the event and jumped right in setting the table and preparing. When the first guest rang the doorbell the bartender had drinks ready, the team kept the house spotless and really kicked the event off on a high note. Then we got our first taste of the food. To say that they absolutely crushed expectations is an understatement. They over delivered and absolutely wowed everyone - they essentially delivered a 5 star gourmet pop up restaurant in our house. The service was flawless and amazingly timed given how many plates they prepared - over 100 in total. The event was so successful that we have already rebooked Dan and the team for our next pop up experience early next year. They exceeded expectations from start to finish and delivered an unforgettable experience. Chef Daniel exceeded my highest expectations. I gave him a rough idea of what I was looking for and he took care of the rest. He designed an incredible custom menu to fit my specific taste and the vibe of the event. On the day of the event, I couldn’t have been happier. Chef Daniel and his team were extremely professional, but also made the dinner experience fun! As for the food— some of the best I’ve had in my life. He used fresh fish and shrimp caught in the Florida Keys that morning. And not only was the food absolutely delicious, it was also presented beautifully. I will be using his services again! If you’re on the fence about booking, just do it— you won’t regret it.

Where do I begin?! A few weeks have gone by and I still feel just as passionate about Chef Daniel's work. I couldn't have been more impressed with the entire culinary experience! I knew it was going to be an amazing evening of delicious cuisine after my consultation, but wow...blew my expectations out of the water! We hosted a dinner for 6 at an Airbnb home and even our guests are still raving about our dinner experience with Chef Daniel and his wife, Mari! The evening was going so well that my boyfriend highjacked his birthday celebration and turned it into a wedding proposal! With all of Mr. Schillinger's professional experience, he knew just what to do to help my boyfriend present the ring to me. What an unforgettable evening!!! Words cannot express my gratitude! Thank you so much for such a memorable dinner experience! We're looking forward to working with you again!
