Nir is an absolute genius. He diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes and got the fireplace running in 15 minutes. He charged me just the house call rate. The Mad Hatter crew that I had used in the past for the exact same problem charged me 4-5 times the amount to clean the fireplace up but did not get the unit to work. I highly recommend Nir for your fireplace needs.
