I recently had the pleasure of experiencing my first professional chef service, and I must say it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I booked the service to the actual cooking, everything was a delightful experience. Chefs Jerry and Olnessa were not only transparent and friendly, but they also took the time to explain each dish that was presented to us, including the ingredients used. Their professionalism and personable nature made the whole experience even more enjoyable. My family was completely blown away by the incredible food and the overall experience. The flavors were outstanding, and each dish was prepared to perfection. We were truly impressed. I am already looking forward to scheduling another session with them in the near future. If you’re in search of a professional chef service, I highly recommend this company. You won’t be disappointed.

This by far the best experience with a private chef. They were on time, they assisted with menu creation, they served everything with the most professionalism and explained every dish. 5 star experience all the way around. What I enjoyed the most is that they take full control of the kitchen and ensure that the kitchen is completely clean at the end of dinner service. The food was some of the best flavors I've ever tasted. Everything about working with them was top tier. They were worth every single penny. I would book them again without any second guessing!!!

The food was AMAZING! I asked for Caribbean/African inspired dishes and it did not disappoint! The flavors and textures were the best I've had. Our pricing is based off of our extensive experience. We do not only cook but we are managers in our positions as executive Chefs. Food cost, menu items as well as distance to location is also considered.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically ask the customer what they are looking for. Build about two menus and offer them a price and suggestions for creating their perfect event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Combined, over 50 years of international experience. Schooled in Jamaica and The United States. Worked on cruise lines, resorts, restaurants, hotels and private homes.
