This company has completely ignored all my messages. My home has been in need of foundation repair and after a message stating that I would be contacted directly- not once has their been a message or attempt of reaching me back. Be aware of their lack of communication. They are always "online" but ignore you all the way through.

A representative came to my home to give an estimate regarding repairs for water leakage in my basement. After assessing the situation, they recommended that I use another alternative company (one I had used in the past) so that the warranties would still be in place. I really appreciated their professionalism and honesty - highly recommend.

BDry did a great job! We had a couple minor adjustments after the main crew left and they were very responsive to get it fixed. Our basement does not smell musty or damp any longer with the waterproofing and dehumidifier. I would highly recommend them.
