Introduction: I have 30 + years of experience training service dogs specializing in dogs that help folks with Balance, PTSD & Anxiety& Depression.I can assist with dogs with behavior issues, leash walking, excessive barking, nervius/anxious behavior, fear of infants,toddlers & small children to name a few. I also have a well behaved pack to assist me in train proper dog on dog behavior. I love working with dogs. Ive done it most of my life and I wouldn't have life any other way. I also really enjoy education of the humans. I love the "Ah-Ha" moments when a human gets how to help & assist their own dog. I just can't get enough of happy dogs & happy humans.

We recently had our dog, MoGu, trained by Jen, and we couldn't be happier with the results! MoGu is known to be one of the more difficult dogs to work with due to his high reactivity. Before the training, he would "kangaroo" jump and go crazy with barking whenever he saw humans or other dogs. After just two weeks of training with Jen, MoGu came back with a great set of skills that we could continue to work on at home. The improvement is remarkable— he no longer reacts to humans as much and is much calmer in general. While we are still working on his reactions to other dogs, the progress he's made so far is very encouraging. Jen is an outstanding trainer. Her communication is excellent, and she provided us with a lot of confidence and hope. We now feel that we can live with MoGu peacefully and continue to improve his behavior. We highly recommend Jen to anyone needing help with their dog's training!

The first moment I met Jennifer I knew she was the perfect trainer for my smart, over excitable, stubborn 2 year old labradoodle. Ollie stayed with Jennifer for a two week training camp, and came back a new relaxed, easy to walk dog. But still the same lovable, sweet, fun loving qualities remained. We’re working hard to keep the training going, and I have to admit, Ollie is so smart that he knows how to train us.

It was a tough decision to pick the right dog trainer for our Golden Retriever Milo. We wanted to know he would be in good hands. I knew from our first conversation that I trusted Jennifer. She was extremely knowledgeable and connected instantly with Milo. Our dog received awesome training with excellent results. I learned how to better communicate with my dog. Jennifer did a great job with my 2.5 year old rescue dog. He boarded with her for two weeks and she worked on not growling when something he shouldn’t have is taken from him, leash walking, and following commands. The training has held over and he is a much calmer easier pup!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is based on gaining a detailed summary of your dog, listening to your needs/training desires/dog behaviors. We discuss a plan moving forward & beginning training that day. Apts last 1.5-2 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained old school. I was trained before shock collars were used on house dogs (they were invented for hunting dogs origionally) I was trained to analyze a dog quite quickly by be able to access their behavior & problem areas & then address & assist then for change. I was trained to gain the dogs brain & help them gain confidance.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raised in the field. Grandfather was a groomer & judge. Mother was a groomer & breeder. I became the trainer in the family. I've been directly involved with hands on dog work since I was age 5.
