Ross was a great photographer. He followed up before my appointment to make sure everything was good to go for my photo shoot. He was punctual and ready to work on the day of my graduation shoot. I loved how my photos came out. They looked so professional, and I received so many great compliments about my pictures. I reached out to Ross for a graduation shoot on short notice after my original plans fell through unexpectedly. Ross was great! Super fun to work with during the photoshoot, and I think as the session went on we got to know each other a little better which only improved the quality of the photos as I felt more comfortable & confident. I was extremely happy with the final product, and I will definitely reach out to Ross first if I ever need any other portraits.

Ross was an amazing conspirator for my surprise engagement. From the beginning he was an excellent communicator, responding promptly and checking in regularly as we got closer to the date. Basically the hour of the planned proposal, we both (hilariously) realized the cherry blossom festival was going to cause some havoc - again, he communicated excellently and was there early so we had time to adjust. He did a fantastic job of capturing the moment without being obtrusive, and allowed us our space to enjoy it. After the proposal, he was gracious with his time and allowed us to request specific types of pictures and shots that my fiancé wanted. He's easy-going, friendly and overall a great guy to work with. The final products he delivered to us were exactly what we were hoping for and have quickly become cherished memories for our families. His prices are very reasonable given the quality and the speed with which he turned around the final edits. Ross is exactly the type of photographer you want to be working with - if you choose to work with him, I'm sure you'll feel the same way.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is my pricing. I do my best to work with budgets, but I charge what I believe I am worth, please respect that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Requesting reference photos to see where the clients head is at, and what they want their photos to look like. After references are provided I like to hop on a call and flush out what the shoot will be like, timelines, and other hard details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
