I reached out to Emmanuel to inquire about replacing a light fixture and mounting a small television in my home. His response was prompt and we were able to discuss an approximate cost and set up a date and time for him to come out relatively quick. Emmanuel let me know when he was in route and showed up exactly within the time frame he indicated. He quickly assessed both projects, told me the actual cost (which was within the estimate he initially provided) and got right to work. The only thing that slowed him down was me forgetting to have picked up light bulbs as he checked to make sure everything was in working order. Once my son came in with the bulbs Emmanuel made sure everything worked as it should. Emmanuel was courteous, responsive, timely, and reasonable with cost. I will definitely reach out again if I have another project within his wheel house that comes up. Thanks again Emmanuel!

Emmanuel was flexible when I realized I’d scheduled on the wrong day. He let me know he was going to be late as traffic was backed up (Vice President was in Charlotte- so totally out of his control). He quickly fixed our shower drain and outside facet and offered alternatives given the facets age and difficulty turning it off completely- a problem we were aware of, but didn’t know the solution. He replaced blinds on 7 windows. We had bought the wrong size for our window openings and after trying to adjust them without success (as it was impossible), he took them back for us and got the correct size and quickly got them all up. I should note we originally were just going to do 3 and then increased - again showing flexibility. He was very professional and polite, always keeping me up to date. Would highly recommend and will use again. First time using thumbtack for this type of service (have used for photographers in the past).
