- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) After initial contact and response from the client. I'll send the client a Google form to fill out about your project. *I want to understand your project as well as I can as I want to represent your brand the best I possibly can. 2) I'll set up a call to go over details and finalize before any work is started 3) Minimum 50% of the cost to be paid prior to work starts 4) I'll send client concept photos and mocks - get your feedback to make sure I am going in the right direction and set up a second call/video chat to discuss and go over. 5) Client to upload desired content (pre-created logos, hero images, video clips, graphics. Unless I am building these for you (I do not take photos, but will edit them for an additional $) 6) Send first deliverables - Revisions if needed 7) Set up additional calls for updates and revisions as needed. **I work with my clients and communicate very well. If you ever have any concerns or additional questions/needs I am always here for you during the process so feel free to chat. If I am unreachable then leave me a message and I will always get back to you. **I usually use Signal along with Google Drive/We Transfer/Dropbox to protect files and communication with clients as I can access this directly from phone or computers. 8) Final payment is needed prior to final deliverables (PERIOD) I do a great job and always go above and beyond for the price. 9) Final Step: I walk you through the final project to answer any questions. I also will set you up to manage your own site and give guidance on SEO and building a quality Google footprint. **Note: I do offer monthly/yearly web management & basic tech services if you would like someone on retainer for updating/managing sites or on-demand graphics and basic tech services. (my e-commerce customers usually find this to be very helpful). **I do offer SMM as well if needed. Turn Around Times: **Depending on the situation and client uploading of content needed*** -Logos - one business day turnaround for the first draft delivered. -Social Media Posts - one business day turnaround for the first draft -Decks - Three business day turnaround for the first draft -Explainer videos - Three business day turnarounds -Video editing (depends on the project, this will be discussed over the initial consult) -Website - This can often take up to a month depending on client needs and revisions or date of launch. This will be discussed in the initial consult. I usually have basic mocks up and to the client within three days. -SMM - Based on client business needs. This will be assessed during consult.
