Greg responded to my request within minutes and then arrived at my father's home within an hour. His team was able to clean out a finished basement with significant water damage in a day only a couple days after the initial consultation. Greg also handled much of the communication with the insurance company. I can't recommend this company enough if you need water damage restoration.

    We use a program called Xactimate for billing. It is an insurance based program.

    I go to the customers location to do an inspection and find the source of the problem. I then explain my process on how we would remediate the problem. I try to explain every detail of the work to be preformed.
