Introduction: As far back as I can remember, I have always enjoyed being in front of the piano trying to make it sing. I was inspired to do so by the talent of my mother and older brother. After giving my family members one too many headaches when I was much younger, I was given the opportunity to take piano lessons in order to refine my technique. Through the course of the years, I developed an eclectic approach to my music. My attitude has been if I enjoy playing it, I will play it regardless of the genre. I would like to think the result has been a wide scope of music that appeals to a broader audience. I look forward to performing at your functions. Thank-you in advance for the opportunity. What I enjoy about my work is the opportunity it gives me to do something that I appreciate doing, as well as learning songs that I would otherwise not have heard or played.

Andy is the best! He is super responsive and responsible. He checked in proactively and provided us with useful advice on music picking. He practiced the songs we liked for us. He read the vides throughout our wedding and played the perfect songs for us.

Mr. Andrew Kaplan is everything you didn't know you needed in a piano player. We were married on 5/24/24. My one requirement for all vendors was that I needed to feel calm working with them, like everything was going to be alright and that I didn't need to pay any mind or worry to their services. You get all set up efficiently, then you can close it out and know that service is good to go for the event. Andrew took the initiative to set up the necessary phone calls with us. He was genuinely excited to talk piano. He had lots of recommendations for songs based on the type of music we imagined. He was always perfectly kind, respectful, and passionate about music/piano. When he heard our venue was in an early 1900's castle, he enthusiastically offered to wear period-appropriate attire that he already owned. I can't express the level of kindness Andrew has, and the way he is so caring and is genuinely excited for his music to be enjoyed by all. When going over the song list, there was one I expressed the most excitement over. He insisted on saving that one song specifically for when I, the bride, walked in during cocktail hour, even though I couldn't promise in any capacity when that would be. He insisted that it wasn't a bother at all, and I had the impression he would RATHER save it for when I walked in, so the song was most enjoyed. It's like making others happy with his music genuinely makes him happy. He is genuinely talented. The day of, perfection. Before the day, many song samples over the phone, at his suggestion, also perfect. So kind, endearing personality, considerate, professional, very fair pricing, excellent with other vendors, punctual, perfect service provided. He will be our #1 choice for all future piano needs, and we will recommend him to everyone we know who is getting married or might need piano services. I looked elsewhere before finding him - Trust me, he is the BEST and then some! Book early!!

Andrew was in a word, amazing! He was very professional throughout the initial calls right through our wedding day. I still get chills over the processional that he played so beautifully. His presence at our wedding ceremony and reception was truly a blessing. He made every moment special and went above and beyond. I would hire him again for another event.

Andy was so professional from the start. He scheduled a call with me and told me everything that I needed to know about what to expect on the day of my event. He brought all of his own equipment and came dressed for the occasion. The music was absolutely beautiful, and went perfectly with our calm, elegant, and lighthearted atmosphere for my husband's 40th birthday. I look forward to working with him again in the future.
