We got a couple of quotes for a concrete patio to be removed that had been poorly installed many years ago by the previous owners. Richard responded to our need to have this removed and gave us a very fair price and based on the fact he had told us that he had all the equipment to take care of the job was helpful in keeping the price down. Richard and Gustavo worked carefully to remove the patio and protected our yard and sprinkler system. I would recommend them and possibly be hiring them to redo our driveway in the near future. Paul

I highly recommend working with valadez construction. Richard and his crew exceeded my expectations. My project was removing and old concrete patio. They left the surface perfectly graded, ready for my base to go down for the new patio.
