My pricing is variable. If you have a specific budget in mind, please reach out and we can put together a plan!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to make sure that all my Trainer/Client relationships are beneficial, I will do this through an introductory 15 minute call to see what your needs, ideas and budget are. Next steps would be setting up a Initial Assessment (virtually or in-person) to assess specific nutrition, fitness and health goals and come up with a communication plan that works best for your schedule. Then we get started!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Personally I'm very motivated by feeling my best. While in school, I learned that I excel in challenging myself and remaining dedicated to fitness/health goals so my next step was to help challenge & dedicate myself to clients' goals. After earning certifications and degrees in Physical Training and Nutrition in Georgia, I pursued opportunities in Miami and eventually moved up to Northern Virginia with my family.
