Z did an excellent job on the items I hired him for, and I plan to use him for future projects. He was responsive from the start and gave me options for the tasks. He fixed my bathroom exhaust fan (including electrical work), patched a former light fixture hole (amazing job on the orange peel texture), and fixed a door that would not close. He is friendly and courteous, cleaned up after himself, and very fair pricing for the work!

We hired Z to fix an exhaust fan in one of our bathrooms. We had asked a bunch of others to come in and take a look, but all of them told us that the entire unit needed to be replaced. However, Z analyzed the problem and realized that just the motor needed replacing. He bought the part, did a fantastic job replacing it, and saved us a good amount of money. The exhaust fan is in a hard-to-reach high ceiling, but Z was prepared and that didn’t pose any problems for him. We are very satisfied with Z’s work and highly recommend him.

Zenawi quickly diagnosed my electrical issue. He explained his diagnostic process and how he determined what the correct fix was. He showed me all of the changes that he made and what future issues could arise based on the wiring in my house. I would hire Zenawi again should another problem occur.

I hired Z to replace a bathroom ventilation fan. He arrived promptly, ascertained the problem, ordered a new fan, and then came back in the same week to install the fan, which was tricky. Very satisfied with his work, for a good value, and would definitely call upon Z again for future handyman needs.
