I’ve been taking singing lessons with Alexa for over a year and a half now. I came to her with some really bad singing habits and severe singing shyness. I could not even sing outside of my closet or my car. Alexa is incredible at knowing your ability and gently guiding you to be your best and makes you feel completely comfortable doing so. I have not only seen a huge difference in my singing but also my speaking in general. I have gained so much skill, knowledge, and confidence while taking lessons with Alexa. Not to mention, our sessions are always a blast and I love the vibe of them. Alexa is a wonderful singing teacher and truly cares about her students’ performance, goals, and wellbeing!

I have been working on my voice with alexa for about a year. during that time she was always available if i had questions about singing and she stayed flexible when it came to my busy schedule. when i first came to her for lessons, i was very insecure about my voice and she’s help me grow to be a much better singer but more importantly be more confident. If you want an instructor that is patient with you, incredibly encouraging and provides fast results, you will not find a better instructor than Alexa!

Vocal lessons with the Sound of Music are great. Alexa is knowledgeable and easy to work with. The lessons are always comfortable and never awkward. The song recommendations are perfect for my voice. Also I really appreciate the scheduling flexibility by being take lessons on video calls!
