Replies were quick, polite, and professional (chat, phone, and in-person). They cleaned the gutters quickly and left my property clean. I had two concerns, though. When I initially made contact, I explained that I was looking for someone to do gutter cleaning and minor gutter repair and was told they could do that for me. On the day of the work, I was busy when they arrived, so I told them to get started without me going outside and talking through the work with them first. Afterward, I went out to pay and asked about the condition of the gutters. They told me that while they tapped in gutter nails where they were sticking out, they were not there to do repair work. I took them to the spot I had been most concerned about and noticed that the nails were still hanging several inches from the gutter. They were embarrassed they had missed that section, apologized, and got up on a ladder and tapped them back in. They gave me reasonable advice about the maintenance of my gutters and said they didn't think I currently needed any repairs. So, I was disappointed that they didn't address the nails hanging out in one section until I pointed out that they had missed them. Plus, the company rep (and I) should have been more specific on the initial chat about the 'minor repair' work I was looking for so I would have known what they would be able to do when they came. Overall I was pleased with the cleaning aspect of the service, and would probably use them again since I know now what they do and what they don't.

They did an amazing job! They extended to clean more of the side walk than we had discussed with no extra charge. All areas look great. Missed end of fence though and one small spot in driveway but other than that they did a great job. Would use them again!!
