- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing, right now, as I begin with thumbtack, is below average in most categories. That may change as my business appears higher and higher as I get more reviews... I am also giving a 10% discount to all first time Thumbtack customers. Beyond that, I do have a small, 50 cents a mile travel charge for shoots more than 20 miles from Wynnewood, PA.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Wedding and Boudoir clients, I meet with them at least once so we can get to know each other a little and make sure that they are comfortable. For portraits, etc., I like to chat a little on the phone and at the shoot, but generally, I like to get down to business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took high school and college courses, took seminars, joined clubs and served as an apprentice. I also teach digital photography and won the 2020 best teacher award from Lessons.
