Needed last-minute cat boarding for two weeks, and Marina was super responsive and friendly!! Sent us lots of pics, I could tell the cats were getting tons of attention (ours go crazy without any human interaction). Total life-saver, and she's in sf!

I booked Marina's pet sitting service. She took care of my 1.5 year old Maltese for 6 days. Marina is very responsive on text. She usually will reply immediately, and at the latest within an hour during awake hours. She also sends many pictures of my dog to me during my time away. I see my dog really happy and having fun spending time with her and her family, which is very reassuring. She was able to pick him up and drop him off at my place, which was super convenient for me. From her pictures, her house looks very clean, which made me confident that she will keep him clean - which she did :) He's a little crusty-eyed when I picked him up, but I expected that because Maltese is very hard to keep eye-crust free, and he is cleaner after a week with her than with another pet sitter we used to use. I was able to clean out his eyes easily once I got him home. This is easy for me since I had a lot of practice. Marina and her family gave my dog lots of mental stimulation - by taking him out with them with their family for weekend activities and by playing with him. I'm super happy he got a bunch of stimulation to keep him busy while he was at their place.

Marina is just fantastic. She regularly walks and pet sits my new pup. She is, first and foremost, great with my dog (he absolutely loves her and she takes care of him as her own). She is timely, responsive, communicative, friendly and very attentive to my pup’s needs. When she was recently out of town, she lined up a reliable back-up, which I really appreciated. She has also provided an excellent support system while I have worked through some behavioral and medical issues with my pup, which has been amazing as a new dog owner. I would highly recommend her services and would be happy to chat more about my experience working with her if that would be helpful.

Marina did a wonderful job watching our dogs while we were on vacation. Leading up to our trip, she reassured us that she would send lots of pictures and videos, and did she deliver! When we returned, the dogs were happy and well cared for. I would highly recommend Marina for pet sitting. She understands that your pets are family members too, and she treats them like they were her own family.
