- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My team and I work with the Client to design and achieve the desired aesthetic. Each project is unique and the cost is based on the needs and wants of the Client. Clients can purchase their own materials or we can purchase on behalf the the Client for a fee. 50% down payment is required prior to beginning the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a Quality and Customer Service driven company. We work closely with the Client to take the vision in their mind and make it reality. If you already know what you want, we can bring it to life. Some Clients aren't sure what they want. Our team of Designers can assist in achieving a desirable result in your Remodeling project. We insist on routing daily check-ins with Clients either in person or with daily photo updates on the progress of the build. Clients are able to follow along in their Remodel journey and make desired tweaks along the way to ensure satisfaction.
