I cannot say enough great things about my experience in using Rae’s Int’l Food Diaries. The customer service provided from beginning to the end was exemplary. I shared my desired menu options for my son’s graduation party. I asked for roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad, and rolls. She also included basil tea, lemonade, and a pound cake. The food was beyond exceptional and amazing. My guests loved everything and gave so many compliments about how delicious the food was. Not only was the food delicious but, the presentation was also exceptional. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you for making my sons graduation party an event to remember.

OMGOSH!!!!! There are not enough stars to express how AMAZING Rae and her team are!! I would give her 25 stars if I could! I have never used Thumbtack prior to this event. I tried it because I needed a caterer for 100+ people and didn't know any. I found a gem!! They are professional, personable, accommodating, and punctual! That's just a description of the service! The food is beyond DELICIOUS!!!! We used her for a graduation DROP-IN reception. The food was so good that no one "dropped out", they stayed and had 3rd and 4th plates 😂! We were very impressed and pleased with Rae and her team and would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend her for any event. We will DEFINITELY use her again and again and again!!

Rae catered a private Mother’s Day brunch for us. The moms have not stopped raving about the food, especially the quiche. She also provided gluten-free options. My wife had celiac’s so this was important for us.

OMG! The food was delicious and a huge hit with my family. Their favorites were the coconut rice and peas and the eggplant and mushroom dish. Even people who said they ordinarily don't like eggplant kept going back for more. Those were the favorites but everything was good. We had jerk and bbq chicken, Salmon, green beans, rice and peas and eggplant/mushroom. Dessert was a complimentary rum cake (not for children) LOL ahe also added Lemonade with basil and sweet tea. Highly recommend both of these drinks. To alleviate my stress of running out of food because good food can go quickly, I opted in for a server(Lona- who was amazing!) who took care of the initial portions, kept the area clean and packed and cleaned the buffet table at the end. For the few items that were left, I provided the containers and she boxes everything up neatly. If you need a caterer who provides food your guest will love, RAE is your chef!!! 5 STARS

Although we did not get to use Rae for our event (hotel charging too much for outside catering), she was very professional and responsive to all of our inquiries. We are definitely keeping her in mind for any potential future projects.

Typically when I have a new customer, I like to get to know basic information about first. I then want to hear their budget and what kind of event they are hosting. I am able to direct my new customers with the information gathered.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion and love for cooking. Over the years my hobby turned into my full time job.
