We needed to have carpet removed from our basement and wooden floors put in for a new pool table. We contacted JD and they were quick to respond and gave us a very fair price to do all of the work that we needed. They had to tear out all the carpet on the steps, replace all of the risers and treads with new material and re-stain and paint. They did an excellent job and came back twice to be sure I was satisfied. The floor looked very good and they were very professional and their installation methods. We had a small problem when they tried to open a sliding door it shattered. They were very apologetic and took care of everything having to do with the repair. They are straight forward and took total responsibility immediately. Now that’s the way things should be done. We would highly recommend , anyone to use JD and his team. His father‘s expertise and experience made the job look easy but I know it was a complicated and figuration and they did it in a short period of time and with professionalism.

JD Flooring is the exception to home flooring needs. From the start, my representative, Hector, was highly professional and fair. He educated me on the many floor options for my home and didn't try to sell me something I don't need. Furthermore, he educated me on what to ask for from other flooring companies. Through our conversation, I figured that one of the big flooring companies wasn't as transparent as I hoped. My choice for my flooring options was easy. I chose JD Flooring. Hector and his highly skilled team went to work and did a meticulous, flawless job for fractions of what the big companies wanted to charge. They cleaned up, moved my furniture back, and walked with me through the home. Yes, I was amazed and satisfied. I had a talk with my neighbor and praised JD Flooring's work. JD Flooring gave me a brand new home. I highly recommend JD Flooring for your upcoming floor projects. All of my flooring projects from this point forward are JD Flooring and JD Flooring only. My only regret is not finding them sooner. Thumbtack would only let me pick three of the items. They were also, responsive and punctual. The team arrived 30 minutes early and went right to work! AWESOME!!!

JD Flooring Services performed an OUTSTANDING refinish on my hardwood floors. The job is beautiful. The service was outstanding. The work quality is excellent. To top it off, everyone was punctual and super responsive. I highly recommend that you hire JD Flooring to refinish you hardwood floors!
