Just received an estimate so far, but appreciated the detailed written contract. Update: Project is complete and the experience was outstanding. They framed, added drywall, plastered, and installed outlets in basement utility room and 2nd floor, including adding a custom door for under stair storage. We also asked them to skim coat a stairway with 100 year old plaster that was loose and pealing. The walls are now smooth as silk and the utility room is sleek and attractive. Project management and communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

Lubinski Remodeling was one of many contractors we met with to create a master bedroom in our first home. I initially met with Thomas and was impressed with his quick and professional assessment. He was also more than willing to point out less expensive options whereas other contractors we saw did not even mention them, only pushing the more costly ways of doing what we wanted. Christian’s estimate was comprehensive and the bid was much more reasonable than the other contractors. They scheduled the work quickly, the guys were all pleasant and explained what they were doing and why, and they asked my opinion when questions arose. The work came out great, exactly what we asked for, and no hidden costs popped up. We are very happy and will be calling Lubinski again for future projects!

The Lubinski Construction team were efficient with this tough job. They restored our deck which was in great disrepair. We were t ready to invest in a new deck but they were able to give it a nice facelift. It will take us through a few more years. Well done!

Working with Christian and his team was a seamless process from initial discussion and scoping of the job to the onsite work.
