I had a great experience using Fence Doctor. They responded quickly and were professional to deal with. At the start of our communication Fence Doctor was different. I shared a video and pictures of the repair I needed. Others said OK and asked to see it on site. Which I understand! However, Gate Doctor asked to come by to look at it as well but also started to explain to me and share pictures how he would take on the repair. That allowed me to narrow down how many were coming to give me a quote. He was the only company that addressed that this gate had been repaired twice. Others were going to repair it the same way it had prior been repaired, which meant in a few years I'd be doing this again. He actually repaired it where I can tighten the gate myself. He didn't just fix the gate, he educated me on why it failed, how what he would use, last longer due to the nature of people letting gates slam. My husband and I can tell post repair the quality of what he did. It will make a huge difference in how long the gate lasts. Highly recommend Fence Doctor if you want it done right, quality and to save in the long run. His price was still fair, compared to the other quotes I received, but higher quality work was done. Thank you!

Raymond with Fence Doctor responded to my inquiry immediately. He requested for me to send photos of my backyard gate with broken latch, old worn weathered wood boards, bent bottom, etc. He was able to access the repairs needed and provide a quote. He is very meticulous in his work and did not finish until everything was just right. I was so impressed with the level of detail that it has far exceeded my expectations and would definitely recommend Fence Doctor. You will be glad you did.

Raymond and his team did an amazing job on my grandmother’s new installation chain link fence with rolling entry gate. He customized the rolling gate so that it was nice and STURDY! He was straightforward, friendly and HONEST. I recommend Fence Doctor!
