We could not be happier with our new AV system. The owner, Wayne, said he would make it simple for us, and he sure did. Now we can control any room in our system with a simple app on our phones, simply by selecting the room we want to control. Super professional techs that were very patient with someone who is technically challenged. I highly recommend AVT and we will use them again.

Let me start by stating, I have NEVER left a bad review for any contractor. But AVT/Southwest Installations warrants a poor review. After confirming a date and timeframe for a TV mount and installation, they did not show up. Nor did I receive a phone call explaining why they did not show up. Text messages were left unanswered, phone calls rolled to a full mailbox and calls to their main office # went unreturned.
There are other contractors available on Thumbtack or Angie's List (their website boosts they are a top contractor for A/L...I find that hard to believe after my experience)...go with someone else who is more professional and responsive.
