FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices listed online are merely a base price and not a guaranteed price until a final price is agreed upon by both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all I like to get to know about the new client a bit. What's the event? Who's going to be there? What type of bar, etc? But I want you to tell me what you want before I ask any questions. What's going on in your head, or did you have this event in 2019, or is it a special day? Those types of things that are in your heart and your head that need to get out and blossom into a great party! Tell em what they are and then I'll ask a bunch of questions, but trust me, there really is a method to madness! Once I get the deposit and we get the idea of your party solid then I'll send you a selection of cocktails to choose from. After you've made your selection I'll send you a shopping list. I'll stay in touch with you throughout the entire journey either through text, email, WhatsApp or phone calls en lieu of corresponding on here. It makes things more efficient for us and don't worry, Thumbtack already knows, and they're cool with it. ;-) You supply all alcohol, beer, wine, mixers/juices and glassware. (I can assist with ordering the glasses.) For a full bar set-up here is what I will supply: --One 8' table; one 4' table --Drapes (black with black/burgundy/gold overlays) --Coolers/ice/9 oz/12 oz clear recyclable cups --Garnishes --Bitters/homemade syrups --Decor --Bluetooth wireless speakers --Bartending services --Cocktail list consultation and creation --Room maintenance --I'll transfer the bar with as much garnish, etc that I can leave to another location in your home/office/wherever so that the party can carry on! Extra hours are available. I will do my best to check on you throughout the evening and usually it's by silent gestures or quick and quiet conversations. I don't like to interrupt your party. I'm a pretty soft spoken man but I have a loud laugh, in fact, my Assistant GM at Michael Mina once said to me that "...your laugh brings life to the bar." *I do not serve minors nor operate cash bars. *I do not provide alcohol.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
