Needed last-minute cat boarding for two weeks, and Marina was super responsive and friendly!! Sent us lots of pics, I could tell the cats were getting tons of attention (ours go crazy without any human interaction). Total life-saver, and she's in sf!

I booked Marina's pet sitting service. She took care of my 1.5 year old Maltese for 6 days. Marina is very responsive on text. She usually will reply immediately, and at the latest within an hour during awake hours. She also sends many pictures of my dog to me during my time away. I see my dog really happy and having fun spending time with her and her family, which is very reassuring. She was able to pick him up and drop him off at my place, which was super convenient for me. From her pictures, her house looks very clean, which made me confident that she will keep him clean - which she did :) He's a little crusty-eyed when I picked him up, but I expected that because Maltese is very hard to keep eye-crust free, and he is cleaner after a week with her than with another pet sitter we used to use. I was able to clean out his eyes easily once I got him home. This is easy for me since I had a lot of practice. Marina and her family gave my dog lots of mental stimulation - by taking him out with them with their family for weekend activities and by playing with him. I'm super happy he got a bunch of stimulation to keep him busy while he was at their place.

Marina boarded our skittish elder dog, Carlos, at her home for 10 days while we were on vacation. He came back to us full of energy, confident, and happy to see us. He had more confidence and was less afraid of the world on his return to us under the nurturing care of Marina! She sent me daily pictures of their adventures and I could see the loving way he he looked at Marina by his gaze in the camera lens. She loves him back and now she brings him on here dog walking circuit twice weekly so they can hang out. We feel indebted to Marina enabling our little dog to be social and less afraid of the world!

Marina has become a part of our family from the start. Her kind spirit and genuine care for our pets was apparent immediately. Any concerns we might of had with a stranger caring for our beloved dogs was quickly dissolved when Marina first began walking them. Marina has always made herself available even on unscheduled days when we were in need. We dont know what we would do without her living here in the city and making sure our little ones get their exercise. On top if that, she always send us pictures from each of their walks together.
