- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All costs are completely dependent on each individual event. We do ala cart prices as well as price per person. I do my best to work with each individual client in their budget to be able to give them the bed you that they want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This also depends on the client's needs and availability. If it is just an event that requires staffing then we can usually figure everything out over the phone. If it is a full catered event with event planning involved that this would be better handled and planned out in person either at the client home or the venue that the event will be taking place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry for over 20 years and have worked with some of the best chefs. caterers, designers and have also had some informal training with Starkey International for fine dining and etiquette. Most of my experience and skill comes from my true passion and love for what I do as well as a very strong work ethic and desire to exceed any expectations,
