- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are up front about our pricing. We do not charge hourly, rather we give a total price based on the complexity of the job. We feel that pricing this way reduces the worry that a job is taking too long and it allows us to focus on the job and get it done right instead of trying to "hurry" to keep hours at a minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to visit the project in person and really get a full understanding of what the customer has visioned for their project. We take measurements and learn about product requirements. Then we put together an estimate and present that to the customer and make any final revisions if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Together we have 16 years combined experience working in construction.
