I have an extensive background in fitness, including four years as a personal trainer, two years as a physical therapy technician, published research in the field of kinesiology, college athletics, and a degree in exercise science. I pride myself on providing the best value in Denver. Included in the price of your workouts is an entire custom plan built out on my branded app. So, for example, if you can only afford two workouts per week but want to do five, I’ve got you covered. You’ll have three more workouts tailored to our plan and your ability level right there in the scheduling app.

I found out about Real Honest Fitness/Jesse through another trainer in the Denver area. My friend informed me that he has proven success at getting his clients to see real results regarding what I was looking for: Strength, specifically my lower body. Without a doubt, Jesse delivered on that. I signed up for three months, with strength workouts four days a week. He was able to keep a guy who hates lifting: committed, and interested, for every single workout. He was very communicative and would actually look at the notes I would write in the app which most trainers do NOT even glance at. He cares for each of his clients and it shows through his passion/determination to get you to exceed your goal. I highly recommend Real Honest Fitness/Jesse for your personal training needs. I decided to stick with him for the long haul! Bring on more weights!!! :)

Jesse had a truly life-changing health and fitness impact on my life. When I started training with him, I was overweight and unable to find any recovery solution from a recent back surgery. Jesse took the time to go through my entire surgical report and came to each training session with a customized game plan to reconstruct my physical framework. Within 6 months, I was in the best shape of my life (at 40). He did it all over again two years later when I had significant shoulder surgery. His preparation and reliability are unmatched and he's always in a great mood, ready to work. He is passionate about what he does and it is impossible not to feel motivated around him. An all around exceptional guy who I cannot recommend highly enough.

Jesse is a great trainer, he was able to work with my Physical Therapist to build an exercise program that helped me recover from injury and ensure proper form as I relearned how to use my muscles correctly!Go to Jesse if you are getting started, returning from an injury or just want to ensure you are using proper form!

To train with me, you'll be charged $100/session as well as $25/month as a membership fee to the gym. There are more details on my website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial session is typically partially assessment and partially workout. From there, you and I come up with a plan and a schedule to help you to achieve your goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Exercise Science and Psychology. I am a published researcher in the field of Kinesiology. I worked for two years as a Physical Therapy Technician. I have been a full time Personal Trainer since 2020 and am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach.
