Working with Erin was a pleasure. She brought her mobile showroom to us so it was easy to try different samples and select the one we liked best. From first contact to install was a smooth process. Would definitely recommend company. In fact, we liked carpet we picked for our rental house, we are likely to want something similar for our own home early next year.

Very nice family owned business! Erin helped me make carpet and hardwood decisions and Steve oversaw the install and installation of trim pieces. Steve was there every day to oversee the installation and resolve any issues. Overall it was a very positive experience and I love my new floors! Thanks Raneys!

Anyone who is looking for new carpet, tile or hardwood, should consider Floor Coverings International. The entire process could not have been any easier. From the very beginning, they came out with samples, told me the cost (which was more than competitive) and set a date. All my questions were answered and I didnt feel rushed or pressured. Best of all, I didnt have to leave the house. They came and installed and it looks beautiful. Steve, the owner, has been helpful, friendly and professional. Also, they are a locally owned company which I like to support. When I get ready to have my floors redone, I will definitely call Floor Coverings International. Their service is superb.

From the first phone call, I was impressed by Floor Coverings International's customer service. Daryl was friendly, kind, and attentive. Because of the flooding in my home, there was a greater sense of urgency to not only get the old carpet out, but also to get new carpet in. Erin, helped connect with me a provider who did mold remediation work which was so helpful. Not only that, Steve helped connect me with a different provider who helped finish the drywall work. This family owned company is so wonderful and will go above and beyond to help. I am deeply grateful for their generosity throughout this process. And to top it all off, the carpet is beautiful! Highly, highly recommend.

We offer honest and upfront pricing. We do not have hidden fees or charge you later for add-ons or change orders. Our estimates include all labor and materials to do the job right.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to you with over 3,000 flooring samples in our mobile showroom. We evaluate and measure your space and take into consideration all the large and small details to give you a price for the entire project, NOT and estimate! We will schedule the installation with our expert installers and come back 7-10 days later to ensure you are happy with the results!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees undergo online and in-person trainings to ensure we are experts at what we do. We are always up to date with the newest design trends, product features and installation.
