- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very transparent, and the most competitive in the market as we provide professional service with professional equipment at an inexpensive cost. We have no hidden costs, and we have discounts for multiple day events, meeting venues and meeting planners as well as when we are subcontracted to provide our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to meet our new customer, sit in with them and listen to what they need to achieve, then we suggest what technology and Equipment they will need to meet that. From there, we will work on designing the event while factoring in the clients budgetary limits. Where possible, we will have a dry run or rehearsal before the day of the Event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in Technology in Audio and Recording Engineering from Musicians Institute, CTS certification, ongoing training by Crestron and AVIXA, Advanced Audio Engineering from RRFC (Recording Connections).
