- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To request a rental of our Silent Sound System, or Balloon Decor please fill out the quote request form on this page. Once we receive your request, we will promptly provide you with all the necessary information you need to proceed with your rental. You have two payment options to confirm your reservation: 1. **Full Payment:** You can choose to make a full payment to confirm your reservation. 2. **50% Deposit:** Alternatively, you can secure your silent disco rental or balloon decor with a 50% deposit. Our rental process ensures a hassle-free experience: Delivery Same Day or Shipping Available We take pride in delivering equipment that is fully charged and professionally packaged to guarantee the best possible experience for your event. **Enjoy Your Silent Disco:** On the day of your event, you can relax and enjoy your Silent Disco. We offer remote setup support to ensure that everything goes smoothly. If you encounter any technical difficulties before or during the event, don't hesitate to give us a call, and we'll provide immediate assistance to resolve any issues. **Return System with Provided Shipping Labels:** After your event concludes, simply repack the equipment in the provided case and attach the included return shipping label. Our shipping service will arrange for the pickup of the package(s), making the return process convenient and effortless. Balloon decor will be arranged either on the day before the event or on the event day itself.
