- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a millage fee for events over 20 miles outside of Decatur of $25 for every 20miles :) I have a non refundable date holding fee of $45 that is required to secure a booking. (Which is part of the quoted price not an additional fee) I offer discounted rates for weekdays and for school events :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I gather information regarding the number of attendees, age range, theme, and how many entertainers needed. From there I establish a better estimate and add the booking to our schedule :)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always into arts and crafts so it was a very natural transition to balloons and face paint
