Luis did a nice job with our patio paint job. He also made sure to cover up our outdoor furniture below deck with cloth during pressure washing. I thought the 30% advancement ahead of project was fair, we didn’t have any problem with that. He spent quite many hours to finish the job, and his work looks great. Will definitely do business again.

Keep your word. We agreed that I would pay you in full when the job is completed. Then you get here and started the job by "pressure washing" and stand in my face.and ask me for 30% up front and I have 1 brought all the material and you haven open not one can of paint. Why did you even brother to keep texting me about when can you come if you didn't agree on getting pay in full when you finished.
