Cooper was excellent from start to finish! He responded almost immediately and always made himself available to talk through the terms. I also appreciate his honesty of telling me what I didn't need vs trying to upsell me the most expensive product and service. I was unaware that my gutters were actually in better condition than I realized and the job ended up being less extensive work than I. The team showed up on time and did a very very professional and clean job. I would highly recommend his services.

Jason the owner conducts his business in a professional manner and is responsive to the customer’s needs. He delivered a detailed proposal with illustrations. More importantly, when one of his workers had a personal problem, Jason handled it with care and compassion. The cost was reasonable for the work done. Crew leader Keith is highly skilled, works hard, and is very respectful and conscientious. He even changed the water in our cat’s bowl! Our new gutters look and work great. I strongly recommend Cooper Sheet Metal and Gutters.

After getting multiple estimates from top rated TT contractors, I decided to go with Cooper based on value. Jason came out to my house and was very professional when walking the property with me. From there we just had a few messages around scheduling before his team came out and did my gutter install. They were super efficient knocking out my whole house in a day. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very competitive pricing and $100 discount to all veterans on jobs over $1500
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a time and date to meet customer at the home to take measurements. I then will walk around with the customer and explain what work we will be doing and give them a price as well as email them an estimate. Customer does not need to be at home if not available as all I have to do is walk around outside and take measurements. I will email the estimate and call them afterwards.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have 22 years experience in light commercial and residential gutter and sheet metal.
