Rob Grafe and his team are consummate professionals. Rob was quick to respond with an on-site visit with an initial estimate of a cost to replace the existing deck. For a few dollars more; a new deck could be installed. We opted for a new deck. Rob provided an immediate quote, a project plan replete with phase gates for material delivery, demolition, construction, cleanup and inspection. Rob did not require any money upfront and only accepted payment after the project was completed, inspected and approved by us the homeowner. Rob’s team worked very efficiently and the craftsmanship associated with the new construction is impeccable. Rob and his team built our new deck better than the original deck whilst meeting updated building code requirements. Impressed with Rob and his teams work; several of my neighbors engaged Rob to provide a quote for projects they have at their homes. I cannot commend and recommend Rob Grafe and his team enough. They exceeded our expectations and restored our trust in the home improvement project craft. 5 Stars all around

RGC replaced 70' of damaged gutter and 70' of damaged chain link fence for me. The fence job was tricky having both fallen tree on top and uprooted tree underneath. I thought it needed to be shifted in a few feet, but they went above and beyond, took care of the tree debris, and rebuilt the fence in it's original place like pros. Outstanding job I'd hire again and recommend.
