I had gotten a few people to quote my roof, and Ed turned out to be the best price. Ed communicated with me every step of the way. He was very professional. Him and his crew came and got my roof replaced in a timely manner. He took pictures of the before, during, and after process and shared them with me, which I really appreciated. I am very happy with the quality of work as well as his professionalism. I love my new roof and would definitely recommend him anyone.

Edwin was the leader of the team that put the new roof replacement on my house this past week. I'm very pleased with the end result as the roof is something I needed to get done and finally can check that off the major list of "to do"projects at home. Edwin was very responsive to any concerns I had, he answered all of my questions and there were a lot of them, and was very reasonable throughout the process from the first meeting and distribution of a a quote to looking at additional sample shingles to scheduling the job to being onsite for the job and to following up yesterday. Getting a full roof replacement is a major job, resulting in your home looking like a construction zone for one full day if you are getting a roof replacement, however Edwin's team cleaned up afterwards, came back the next day, and attended to all issues I brought to his attention. I would recommend that you get a quote from him because he is fair, takes pride in his work and team, and will make you happy with the end result because the job he and his team have executed on your behalf.

Edwin and his team went above and beyond! ND construction did whole roof replacement. I am very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. I contacted about 8 different companies all gave free onsite estimates and they were all over my budget. I finally contact ND and received an instant estimate via email. Pricing was very reasonable. When the date was day can to replace my roof they arrived on time and completed the work in one day. Cleaned up all of debris from the project Megan it look like they were never there overall I love my new roof. It looks like a more up-to-date modern house now.

Great experience from start to finish! After reaching out to several contractors to replace the roof on my home, I decided to hire ND Construction & Roofing, and I’m glad I did! Edwin was professional, responsive, and clearly knows his business. He provided a detailed, written estimate and answered all of my questions promptly. He was very easy to work with. His crew showed up on time and so did he! Edwin was on site making sure everything was being done properly and kept me updated throughout the day with lots of pictures. The crew was professional, respectful, and efficient. They completed the new roof, along with some repairs and new gutters, in one day! I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable and professional contractor, this is it! Highly recommend.

There is no standard pricing. It all depends on type of work and all is needed to accomplish the job.

First set up appointment with customer via phone or email. Then arrive at job location and explain the problem and what is needed to solve. At the end issue a written estimate of cost of job.
