- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My clients have always felt that my pricing is reasonable. I’d be happy to give estimates, and negotiate the price, if appropriate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate online, then talk on the phone. If they sound interested, I”lol meet them at their home or business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Design, and lots of hours painting!
