Private Training (1-on-1): 1 hour: $75/session 1/2 hour: $50/session Semi-Private Training: Our Semi-Private Personal Training Service is designed for friends and family who want to train together. Enjoy the benefits of personalized, professional guidance while receiving a discounted rate. Our expert trainers tailor each session to the group's specific needs and fitness levels, ensuring everyone progresses toward their goals. Train in a supportive, motivating environment with your loved ones, making your fitness journey enjoyable and effective. 1 hour: $50/person per session Hybrid Training: Our Hybrid Training Service seamlessly blends the best of in-person personal training with the convenience of online tracking. Whether you prefer using our state-of-the-art training app or a traditional workout sheet, you'll have the tools you need to stay on track. Our experienced trainers work with small groups of 2-6 clients, providing personalized attention to ensure proper form, assist with equipment setup, and offer motivation and support. With our hybrid approach, you'll benefit from the dynamic environment of group training while enjoying the flexibility to monitor your progress online, making it easier than ever to reach your fitness goals. $30-35/session Online Training: Training program, nutrition guidance, weekly check-in, and monthly video follow-ups: $349/month
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll have you sign up for a free consultation. Then, based on your current fitness level, your physical limitations and capabilities, and your short and long term fitness goals, we'll help you determine the best course of action in terms of weekly training sessions and nutrition coaching. Finally, we'll design the most effective training and/or nutrition program to help you reach these goals.
