- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very conscious of the costs involved in any event and price our services accordingly. We are always willing to work with any customer to put together a package that fits within any budget. We offer full service entertainment with ceremony and reception music and sound reinforcement, dance lighting, uplighting and custom monogram projection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the time leading up to your day, we will arrange several meetings in person or via SKYPE for those too far away, to first go over the day in general. We send you home with a homework packet that will cover all the details of your day from introductions to music selections. Of course we are always available to answer or address any questions or concerns that may arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Stephen has a background in technical theater while Tony's background is as a chef and professional caterer. These combined give TNY Entertainment the vision and skills needed to ensure that your day goes as it should covering all of the business points as well as ensuring sufficient time for you and your guests to celebrate!
