Chef B was Phenomenal. The care, joy, professional creativity, and happiness she exuded to take care with my family was unmatched. While I wasn't able to be at the event, her and her team were able to execute the event without one hiccup. My family is still talking about the experience! My experience was excellent! b. Carter and her sous-chef were very pleasant, food was excellent and service was prompt. I would definitely book again . Loved the menus as well! My husband truly enjoyed his suprise birthday dinner.

I can’t say enough about how delicious ALL the food was that Chef Carter prepared!! The food was the talk at my event. You must order her jalapeño cornbread!!! Thank you for making my daughter’s graduation party so delicious!! We will order again for our next event!

I choose a handful of local area chefs to put on display for my boss to choose from. He had a handful of restrictions, which always makes a chef’s job more challenging. B. Carter came up with a diverse and tasty menu with the lowest price point of the bunch, making it possible for anyone to have a personal chef—or at least treat themselves occasionally to the relief of cooking (not my favorite way to spend time). She was right on time and delivered everything with instructions. If you want to hire a professional, this is the one.

My pricing does change, depending upon the menu, head count and services requested.

I like to get a feel of what the client like and dislikes. If there are any allergies, have you worked with a caterer/ chef before. What are your expectations?

I have several years of cooking experience before school. I graduated from culinary school in 2016.
