The technician worked very hard and was honest about what was wrong. He checked everything on our washing machine including parts underneath the machine, which was extremely difficult. He concluded that the rinse motor had busted which was an enormous repair. Though he said he could repair it, since the machine is out of warranty, we will consider a new machine instead. We highly recommend his services. We are truly grateful for all that he did.

We had a 10-year old dishwasher that was a generic dishwasher that came with the house. They came by to inspect the dishwasher and informed us that it would be basically the same price to get a new dishwasher instead of replacing parts. They didn’t charge us for multiple visits and installed the new dishwasher at a discount med rate. They came when they said they would and called when they were on their way. Highly recommended for your appliance repairs and installation needs.
