Andrey was professional, reasonable and responsive. He was hired to repair a dishwasher and oven. He repaired the dishwasher during the first visit. Afterwards, he ordered the heating element for the oven and repaired it within two days during a holiday weekend. I would most certainly hire Andrey again for any appliance repairs.

Andrew came out to diagnose a broken ice maker at one of my rental properties. He was punctual and repaired the issue without trying to upsell or charge unnecessarily. His honesty and reasonable pricing were very important to me. He even sent me photos of the issue he found. I highly recommend his services!

I contacted Smart Force Appliance Repair to fix my refrigerator. He contacted me right away to confirm my appointment and he arrived on time. He immediately knew what was wrong and I am embarrassed to say it was just a fuse. He was very honest. I know nothing about refrigerators so he could have done an expensive repair and I would not have questioned it. Although I felt terrible about getting him to my house because of a fuse, I appreciated his honesty and because of that I will use him again.
