FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know the price of anything is what everyone is drawn to, but really what we should be drawn to is value. What good does it do to have the lowest, or highest price for that matter, if you don't feel like your needs, your time and your goals are valued. After we talk the first time, I prefer to put a plan together and at that time I offer expectations and projected costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We live in a world where most of our business is done remotely so I like to work with people on zoom or a like-minded platform so we can see one another while we talk. The first meeting is designed to get to know each other and ensure we are a good fit. Then we start designing and creating a personal path that will benefit you, your life and your future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My first indicator that I was designed to do what I do came from other people, not the other way around. Sometimes your purpose finds you in other words. Informally people came to me and a career blossomed from there. Currently, I have a new book out entitled "Miss To Bitch To MA'AM" that tells the stories of extraordinary women that with some assistance from me, have been inspired and empowered to face fear, rejection, pain, loss, abuse, sexism, ageism, confusion and uncertainty to create their best lives. I have a podcast, my own practice and speak publicly and hold workshops.
