- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our projects are broken into 3 phases, each with their own milestones. Your project will begin with an initial required deposit to cover the costs of completing the first milestone of the first phase. After each milestone, your next payment will be due to cover the costs of the next milestone, and so on so forth until we reach the end of the project; Don't worry, we set a 10% retainer in place that won't be required until your project is completely finished. This baby step approach, we've found, is the most effective and reassuring way of handling your project for maximum efficiency and security.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a very simple 3-step process. 1) Drawing up plans, 2) Getting bids, and 3) breaking ground. Regardless of which of these stages you are in currently, we can step right in and work with you.
