Didn't work out at all. Initial communication during booking was great, appointment and pricing was quickly set to move a washer & dryer from our home to our daughter's home about 9 miles away. The workers showed up early on the scheduled day- with no truck. They thought they were moving the appliances within the home for some reason. Bear in mind that the job description with addresses was spelled out in the project details on Thumbtack. The workers called someone and told us they could return the following morning (Sunday) at the same time with a truck. Knowing that mistakes can happen, I agreed. The next morning, nothing; no messages and no response. Fortunately, I had half expected this and had identified another company to engage on Thumbtack, which saved the day.
